Long 1199A 3 point backhoe on Case

Any body know if a Long 1199A 3 point backhoe can
be operated with the hydraulics on a Case 1030?I
recently bought this backhoe and the backhoe has to
be run with the tractor hydraulics.It does'nt have
its own pto pump.I have a front end loader on the
tractor now.I am using the 4 remotes for the loader
now.How would I hook the backhoe into the
hydraulics on the back of tractor?Would I have to
tie one of the control levers in the cab back while
I am using the bachoe?I also have a Case 1490 with
4 remotes and a joy stick no loader and I also have
a Case 2390 with 4 remotes no loader.Would either
of these two be a better choice? Any help would be
greatly appreciated! Thanks

I run a bale rapper on the back of a 930 using the tractors hyd. I engage the lever for the hyd and The lever stays in place and I use a motor valve to control the rapper. My rapper is an open system.

I would think you could do the same with a backhoe attachment.

However most hoe attachments that I have seen uses a loader valve with a power beyond capability to operate the hoe attachment.
