    F-12

Farmall experts: Two years ago when I was restoring my dad's F-12 I received a lot of help on this forum. Sometime back then someone provided a link to the TC-9-B F-12 Parts Catalog. Used it a lot. Hard drive failed. Lost the link. Does anyone have it ? Thanks. Rich xsurveyor

    1935 f-12

Hi again: Sorry , I guess we didn't have the rubber mounted to the front wheel yet when this photo was taken.

    1935 f-12

Hi Longknife (Ed); I've got the parts manual but thank you for your reply. I've got the skid ring although it is broken into two pieces. We have replaced it anyway with a rubber tire band for traction when loading on a trailer (see newer photo). That skid ring really tore things up on wood. It...

    1935 f-12

By the way I've posted a before pic and about a month ago. What would this unusual front wheel have been used for? Rich

    1935 f-12

Hi James: Thanks for your help also. Mechanic #3 says sometimes the water surrounding the "wet" sleeve can eat through the metal in spots and allow water in. He is used to dealing with diesel engines so I'm not sure if this would be true of this 85 year old engine but will probably find out...

    1935 f-12

Hi guys: I really appreciate the feedback. I have to tell you that I am not very knowledgeable on this stuff (I am a retired land surveyor). This was a tractor my dad had back about 1956. Steel wheels all the way around.I managed to rescue it back in 2005 when we sold the farm. A long story but...

    1935 f-12

I'm guessing dry , but would anyone know if an f-12 has wet or dry piston sleeves? Getting to the end of a 5 year restoration but seeing possible (possible) water in the oil. The head was magnafluxed during valve work with no cracks.

    f12

Hi: I'm in central Illinois. A long way to travel to Long Island. I was hoping to find just the part so it could be shipped. Thanks. Rich

    f12

Hi: Yes I'm in the rear end gearing. I'll attach some photos. Part number 3070 DAX consists of 3070 da & 3071 da (Right & left halves). Shaft 23700d would insert into this assembly from the brakes on both sides. Rich

    F-12 brake assembly

Thanks for your help Dave. I need to get in there and clean out stuff to see what I have but now I know what to look for makes it easier. Thanks again for your help. I'm anxious to see what you mean by a paddle.

    F-12 brake assembly

Hi: Thanks for your help. I couldn't find the ebay item number you provided but once Iknew what to look for I found item # 323116056007 listed by greenbackin. Kind of pricey but have a feeling getting it out of a parts tractor without breakage could be tough. Thanks again.

    F-12 brake assembly

Thanks: I looked at that in the parts book but couldn't make myself believe it was the same part. Thank you for confirming this. Makes it a lot easier if I know what I'm looking for. (I'm not very bright). Rich

    F-12 brake assembly

Hi: My dad's 1935 f-12 has been locked up and outside for 60 plus years. We've finally got the engine going in good shape and now have the top off of the rear case flushing out the goo. We are trying to resurrect the brakes which are totally shot. I'll try to attach a photo of the round piece...
