    well I replaced the startor solenoid and that worked now it cranks and starts good and have not worked on the lift bouncing but I did remove the tractor seat and installed a seat from a cubcadet mower seat sits higher and is easy on the behind lol thanks for everyones responses they did...

    so if it is said that the engine does " not crank" then the starter does not engage the flywheel and the engine does not run
