    Holy crap-o-la! Someone paid $42.99 total for an old, used alternator and the bracket! I just wanted the bracket but I'm not paying almost $43 for it lol Besides, I thought I read on here you can use your generator bracket, just flip it over, or something like that (?)

    Wheel paint (colors)

    On my 58 641 I did the typical ford grey (tan) on the wheels, but I mixed it up a little by painting the lugs, center caps and locks ford red/orange, gives it a nice look! I'd post pics but we're getting hammered here in ks with snow right now.

    Have you hit the "modern view" button? , top right, or do you prefer the "classic view" (same button) you can have it which ever way you like.

    I've seen that many times also, stuff seems to go for way more than its actually worth, and people act like they stole it at a great price lol.

    Congrats! The 600/601 are great tractors....when they're running good. My 641 gave me fits before I figured out her issue.

    I tend to agree with ya on that, This isn't a "kit" per say, I was looking at it just because it includes the alt and bracket, I've already got a few 12v coils, bulbs, wire, connectors, etc.

    I get mine at the same place, I only use the green HD oil though. (Use it in trans, hydro, rear end)

    Perfect picture, now I see why William mentioned your pic/schematic. If I have to pull the top cover (which I suspect I will...) I plan on using my engine hoist, do you see any potential problem using a "cherry picker"?
