450C Clutch Pressures

Hi all, I am really hoping to find someone that knows 450C's and can give me a little insight to move forward.
Here is my dilemma,
A few years ago, I decided to replace all the clutches in the dozer and after I did the tractor pushed fairly decent but late last year (sat all winter) and now I noticed the high-range was slipping. I have checked my pressure today and around 2000ish RPM I can get aprox 180psi but idle I only see 80-100psi which might be acceptable just not sure (I have no tach working). When I shift into low or rev my pressure drops considerably from 180 to 80 and in high drops to 70psi. I also feel like I have bubbling in the area of where you actually check the pressure like in the bung area. No matter how much I adjust the linkages I get no rise in the pressure. Is there any way to check the accumulator/valve body or the shift valve internally?? Is there any kind of leak that could have sprung in that housing that would cause this??
I need to specify that even with this low of pressure I can drive from LOW to REV pretty snappy and I feel no slippage either but in High Range I get very little movement. When I go into high I hear a noticeable change in engine noise like there is a load but its not moving?

I would love to understand this a bit better if possible.

Hello . I've done 1 or 2 HLR's Does the pressure drop when it slips in Hi range ? If it drops maybe the engine clutch is slipping. If it doesn't drop and there appears to be slippage , maybe the steering clutches may be slipping. OR maybe Hi clutch pack is slipping. Adjustments are everything when dialing in that transmission. Do all the adjustments as per the tech manual. If my former posts are still available, check out the archives about all the posts I've done on YT. There may be somewhere around 50 or so and the same for Deere backhoe hydraulic woes..Good luck and let us know how things go.

Ajust your clutch shut valve correctly , if your pressure is running low remove rubber plug on right hand top of bell housing add shim washer to presure regulater valve , but more than likely you have clutch pack disk with linings gone which can be caused by running cheap orshelen oil or someing equily poor quality , also could be worn sealing rings and or clutch manifold where they ride in, or bad sealing washer on clutch piston .
