In Owego, NY at the fuel distributor this morning- $5.12. Several stations between here and there were $6.

I got off road diesel delivered Tuesday. $4.22. Gas was $3.95. The driver said the gas went up 40 cents overnight. I'll refrain from offering thanks.

I bought 1000 gallons last fall and was still good, but when I called them for gasoline, they topped off the diesel too. I wasn't happy to get a bill for $1413 for something I didn't order, but I might end up glad that I did.

5.99 at the pump for on road diesel. 4.19 for 10 percent ethanol 87 gas here at my local station in western NY.

In Vestal NY, right at the pipeline terminal, road diesel hit $6 on Apr 14. It has since backed off about $.20

Some here were cheering the high fuel prices, something about getting rid of something that needed gotten rid of. But the "getting rid of" doesn't seem to be going too well.

Wish ours was that cheap! It’s like 9-10 dollars a gallon at the pumps here. Dyed farm fuel is over 7.00. We are taxed to death.

My supplier called last July, said that he could deliver farm fuel for under $2.00 a gallon, but I had to take a 1500 gallon drop to get that price. He delivered 2 days later, and I was bitching because it was $2.02, now I'm glad I got it.

It can be very difficult to come up with a workable plan after the deed is done.
