Oliver 77 diesel

Hello. I am trying to get my Oliver 77 diesel to run. I’m getting fuel to the drip lines but it’s not going through the injector lines. Any help would be appreciated.

The gear inside it turns what else would I need to check.
Injector pumps can seize when a diesel tractor sets, sometimes in as little as a year.
Replacement parts for some pumps are unavailable.
That's why I asked how long it as sat without running.

Those pumps are very hard to get serviced they are almost no parts for them, I have three of them none will run, don't know what I will do about them. plunger is internal in pump

Is there anyway to check the plunger while it’s still in the tractor

There’s a guy on these forums who goes by: Dieseltech. He rebuilds injector pumps. My advice would be to get the year if your tractor, tell him the brand of your injector pump and send him a private message.

He tried linking his private messages... here is the original thread that it probably references. If you search PSB pumps on this site you'll get more responses with similar information.

Thank you.

Apparently I can’t share PMs. I’ll write an explanation of how to check for a broken plunger tomorrow after work.
Thanks but I think the plunger is fine. I’m getting fuel now in injector one but not sure how it should spray out. It seems it just flows out of it

Do you have the injectors out? Or do you have the lines off the hydraulic head on the pump. It should pulse out of each port in the head with a little bit of pressure. Not a constant flow

I actually swapped the hydraulic head and I’m getting fuel out of 4 of the ports now. I’m just not getting any out of the bottom one and the one to the right of it.
