What terminal of the coil do I hook the jumper wire up to? One has a yellow (to alternator) and black wire and the other has just a black wire.

The one that doesn't go to the distributor.

Colors are meaningless to me. The One that does not go to the distributor as rrlund says is correct

Just a thought. You might want to check the switch itself. That looks like an original switch in your pics. I have had more than one not make contact. Super easy to check that it has continuity from battery terminal to ignition with your ohm meter.

The red herring on mine was, the test light lit up when I touched the spade on the wire to the gauge, but when I checked it on the threads of the stud on the gauge I didn't.

An old headlight bulb made into a test light can be helpful in systems showing, corrosion. A voltmeter can show voltage even if the circuit can't carry any useable amperage. A test light has a bit more draw. An incandescent head bulb draws more amps, as would be needed by an ignition circuit. If the headlight doesn't light or is dim it is likely the ignition system isn't getting enough power.

My Oliver 88’s distributor doesn’t get spark and the coil is working. My guess is the ignition wiring. Would this be the issue and how do I fix it? See picture attached. Thanks!View attachment 161152

I had a 77 once upon a time that acted like that. Turned out the little nylon/plastic widget on the dist that the wire attaches to was broken. It functioned intermittently. gm
