Earthquake uses a stamped steel wheel with a treaded rubber band stretched over it for traction.Are those some sort of steel wheel? Never have seen them like that before!

im gonna see if it works tonight right now all it does is runYou got it running and working. Well done. Don't store it with fuel it it for the winter. Remove all the gas you can and run it till it dies. Then if the oil is black change it. The air filters are critical on tiller because of the dust. Change if it looks dirty.
