    Fuel Gauge reading backwards?

    Removing valve seats in pump

    Is there something else I can use to remove the valve seats in a hydraulic pump without spending $65 on the tool? I hate to spend that and probably only use it once. The smallest bearing puller I can find is 8mm. I think the seats are 6MM.

    Hydraulic pump lines on a Ford 3000

    I plan on rebuilding my pump over the Christmas Holidays. My pump has one screw in line and one press in line. My question is this, is the press in line only held by the o-ring? I don't want to break something getting it off..LOL
