Slip clutch takes the place of a shear pin. Most brush hog have one or the other. You can buy them separate, but I have never done that.

    OT Laying Carpet

You have the right idea. Knee bump the rug into the trim wall, pound it into the tackless with a block chisel or stairway chisel and trim the extra with a sharp carpet knife. be careful not to cut it short. If the baseboard iS higher than the floor, it isn't too hard to trim. You can rent an...

    Plow repair of church buddy.

My friend has a boss v plow that also got tweaked in the same way. You can get the replacement frame in the plow itself for around 400 dollars. It is kind of a drag to change, but we did it in a few hours. The boss dealer will know just what to get, as this is not uncommon.

Are you absolutely certain you don't have any bad plug wires, or any plug wires confused? Maybe a bad connector on one of the injectors. You can listen to them click with a long rod up to your ear.

    1988 Dodge pickup won't start

You may want to unplug and re connect the ecm. I believe they are on the firewall on that model. You may have a problem with one of the pin connectors. As the others said, pour a little gas down the throttle body. If it runs it's a fuel problem, if not, it will be related to the ecm.

    broken starter in the housing

There is plenty of room, but when mine broke it was a good opportunity to split it and fix the worn out ring gear which I feel contributed to the failure. Splitting the tractor may seem daunting, however it is not too difficult or time consuming.

OT: Frost Heave In a Comercrial Freezer.

Frost heave under cold storage is fairly common. It is not just the 10 percent but the capillary action of the water up through the fill material which can cause a lens shaped ice chunk and give you the large heave. The glycol should be preventing this but maybe the lines in this area are too...

    Hydro gear hydrostatic drive simplicity

I bought the same kind of mower at an auction, and it had the same problem. I got a used one from an mtd or a murray mower and swapped some linkage parts. It bolted right up, works well and was only a hundred busks. Found it on craigs list. good luck

I am glad to hear you all think it's a good idea because I bought a John Deere 4 row with the rolling shields good shovels and good rubber on the rollers for a little over 200 dollars. I guess I'll have to paint it red or rusty to match my old Ford. I'll leave the one I sell green though.

    cutivator

There was an online auction today and a Dearborn cultivator went for 320.00. There were 4 row models with rolling shields that stayed under 200.00. Couldn't a crafty guy make a couple 2 row rigs out of a more modern larger unit and end up with a better implement for less, or after selling one...

Ford ranger won't start when hot and has no power?

It sounds a lot like a fuel pressure regulator. Remove the vacuum line and see if fuel is present in the line, if so the diaphragm has a leak and is putting fuel into the intake causing a flooding problem when hot. It probably idles a little on the rough rich side too.
