    420 front axle adjustment

    I am going to try and adjust my front axle out on my 420w with square front axle. Don't have the service manual yet (coming soon though). Anything I have to be careful for? Is it just the 2-3 main bolts and then the tie rods? Anything special on the tie rod adjustment? Thanks.

    I believe after reading many different posts, that I have a worn sector gear leading to a wobbly wheel at high speeds. Is there a specific tool for removal? I have a gear puller but not enough clearance. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

    I have a JD No.5 Mower that I would like to use. What kind of gear oil I need to use in the back transfer case? Also, what kind of hydraulic oil must I use in my tractor? Opinions seem to vary on this subject. Any info is welcome. Thanks.

    I currently have 2-6V batteries for my "49 A. Can I just replace the 2- 6V with 1 12V battery? Anything I need to look for when purchasing the battery (so many CCA?)?
