    I needed some work done like you're talking about. I rented a dozer, if some breaks, call for them to fix it. Then I decide I wanted More, so I bought one. Had to work for other people to pay for all the repair. So, I suggest hire it done or rent what you need.

    I take it as the water inlet at the bottom of tank. Get name of the inlet valve/ commode, get the seals. Turn water off, drain tank all the way. Discount the water line, screw the keeper (make sure this keeper is tight to start with) from the bottom (plastic type screw keeper), replace gasket...

    Where is it leaking? In the bottom of the tank at flapper or overflowing down the tube, maybe the bottom of the inlet? If the overflow, there'a adjustment to set the water level. Other things, maybe gaskets or replace parts.

    I have a ROKU TV. You need a different antenna. I watch local channels only. The reason I bought it, they were sold out of a plain Jane TV. When it goes out, in the trash it goes, not to be replaced in kind.

    Here (Texas) also. Diving up the price of land along with taxes. As soon as they land, they want to change everything the same as where they come from. One got on the Commissioner's Court. Wanted to start adding streetlights and a leash law. Our county seat has a population of approx 5000.
