    Case 830 temperature?

    I have a 830 just like yours It will run 185 to 200 under no to lite load. If you put a heavy load it will run 200 to 210 . The trick is to warm them up and then cool them off each time you run them. I try to never shut it off until it cools to 180 or below.

    that is normal Item 20 in the parts picture is a load check ball. when you move the lever the spool moves pin 17 to unseat the load check ball. the more pressure on the valve the harder it is to release. once the ball is moved the lever will move easier. what are your other tractors

    Great Bend 660 loader

    Found a place in Des Moines that can repair. It will be two weeks to get back . Got the old 870 out and put the WL 40 back on .put chains on and we are good to go. No cab so I hope it stays warm for a while.

    The 1370 has a large crankshaft 504 with piston cooling jets. The 2294 has a small crankshaft 504 with no cooling jets. If you want 200 horsepower dont buy it. If you can live with 160 horsepower it will be ok. Stan
