    Oliver 1650 high speed serial/model numbers

    I believe my 1650 has the high speed rear. The tachometer mph goes to about 25 mph. And the shift pattern appears reversed to most I've seen on websites. R1 is in the upper quadrant and R2 in the lower.

    <img I'm replacing the clutch on my 1650, and figured I may as well fix the leak on this as well. How does this fitting seal? It's the line that exits the cover plate under the filter.

    Trying to get the tachometer working again. When I pulled the cable off the drive end I found the short cable was missing. Got a new one and it acts like it isn't going in like it should. Is it possible that the end of the first one is broken off in the pump drive?

    I'm looking at purchasing a tedder. Local dealer has this one on their lot, was wondering if anyone has used one and what you thought about it? Will only be used on about 15 acres. Thanks.

    Ford 4600

    I posted earlier about the brake boot seal on this tractor. Started working on it and found previous owner had siliconed the seal. Pulled all the rubber out and now wondering if the original metal part is still stuck in. See pictures. Thanks.

    I'm sorry the pictures aren't posting as it would make things easier. When the old seal is completely removed there is no lip on the outer face of the axle housing on the tractor?

    I have a new to me 4600. Doing fluid changes I discovered a leaking seal on the right brake. Looking at parts breakdown it is the one the accuating rod goes through. IT shop manual indicates you have to pull the axle, just wondering if there is another way?

    The oil is leaking out of the hole in the casting that the accuating rod goes into.

    Lifting engine

    I am needing to replace the clutch on my 1650. Watching The Oliver Guy video, he used a special eyebolt. Does anybody have a source for these, or could I use a threaded eye bolt to do the same thing? Thanks.

    I recently purchased this drill and while I'm waiting on a manual I was wondering if anyone has access to the small seed chart for it. I'm planning on reseeding a hay field so it would be helpful.
