    I just purchased this Super 35 and the sticker on the corn head says 238. I can't find any manuals on a 238 head. It was used as a test plot machine and reconditioned about 20 years age.

    The tractor does have the roller style drawbar so that should put it below the 149700 serial number range. So with the non pressure radiator and early roller drawbar it should fall in the 136662 - 148500 range. That would make it a possible 1943 model. I don't know why its so important to me...

    Help identify A or B

    I purchased this tractor and another off ebay and will pick them up later this week. This is a picture of what the seller believes to be a slant dash A. Others I have talked to think its a B. What do you all think. By the way the other tractor is a B as well.

    JD 402 disc plow

    It really depends on where you are at. Some places they are as rare as hen"s teeth and others there a dime a dozen. I sold a very nice one last year for $300.00. Im in Alabama and it went to Ohio. They are fairly common in the south.
