    JOHN DEERE 450C SIDEFRAME

    Weld with 7018. Plate with truck frame. Cut a half moon out of end of plat and lay in side of frame. Weld with short welds 2" long length ways. Weld half moon at 45º 2" long. Don't use regular steel use truck frame. Don't weld vertical. Did mine in 1988 never broke again.

    test your oil pressure in each gear. set your foot clutch. test clutch by holding down 1/2" and shifting from F to R if it throws you off set ok. may be pump, spring, manfold, valve, clutchpack, seals or line. you need a book.

    main pump. you will find one piston lose. the bottom of the pistons where they ride on cam will be wore and cam bearing will be locking up with steel in it. you can play with the hydraulics and when you get hoe moving keep lever wide open it will work ok till you slow down or stop than...
