What years were the "100" White Tractors made? (100, 120, 195's ect). Where all of them made in Coldwater?

And what year did they change the cab roof (late model)?

Were the Duetz-Allis's that were built based on the big Whites made in Coldwater or Charles City?

What year did White 1st put the Cummins engines in?

Thanks.

external_link search "white" amd you will find the years. The 100 series. For example i just checked and the White 195 was made from 1990-1992. hope this helps

The "Field Boss 185" was built in 1986 & 87. The other "100 series" started in 1988. The "Field Boss" name was dropped when the others were introduced. They were built in Charles City until March of 1988, then moved to Coldwater OH. WB<><.

The super nice, late model cabs were on the Workhorse series, which would have been 1991.

The Deutz Allis models that were half White were there 9130, 9150, 9170, and 9190. Compair them to a White and the White wins hands down with the much more superior Cummins engine.

Here is some history on the White tractor line. It is correct that the Field Boss 185 was built in 1986 & 87. The "100" series was first built in 1987, first one was a 160. The last tractor built under TIC ownership was a 2-110, S/N 303 614. Under Allied Products ownership the serial numbers changed to 400 xxx numbers. The first one built was a 2-88 S/N 400 001.

The last tractor assembled in Charles City was a model 100 built on 3-25-88, S/N 401 505. Charles City continued to produce castings and assembled powertrains. First tractor assembled in Coldwater, OH was a 140, S/N 401 506.

Not much to say about that Duetz motor versus a Cummins or even Perkins.

I always kinda liked that cab layout. I like the White cab but thought the extra space in the corners wasn't such a bad idea. I'm sure those bent glass doors are salty to replace.
