Hi all;
I have a replacement engine and a rebuilt carb on my 1020.
The governor is not adjusted nearly correctly. I advance the throttle from idle to about midrange until the governor responds, and then it revs up fairly high.
The springs on the governor are loose, and I've been told they should have tension on them at all settings.
I expect I have the linkage to the carb incorrect, maybe?
Does anyone have the adjustment procedure? I don't have access to the manual that might cover that.
As usual, many thanks for all the advice you knowledgeable people have provided!!!
Jim
