Where you able to order 930 and 1030 tractors with 18 wide by 38" rims new from factory.

kevin; the 16x38 rims were available in 68 + 69 only with 18.4x38 tires. if you ordered these it would come with western fenders only.hope this helps answer your question. john t

We ordered all our 1031s with 18.4x38 rears and the standard row crop fenders. The 1032s we got in with 18.4x38s were with the wide fenders. (part of the 32 option. I don't recall 20.8x38s even being an option on 30 series tractors, and it is questionable if a 20.8 would fit under the fenders, even in the high position.

I have 20.8's on my 931 with western fenders in the low position. Has about 2" room. It has the long front spindles with 7:50 X 18 fronts. It just stands level. Looks like a big tractor with duals on.

Interesting. Have you got some pics??? The only 930 that I have with 18" fronts is a 1964 6spd.
The CKs we got in had either 10.00 or 11.5Lx16 fronts. Were your 20.8s original with 18" rims to the tractor or did they come off from a 70 series tractor???

My 1030 had 18.4x38 it was a GP not WS. Not sure if it came that way from the factory. 1966 model

I don't think I ever seen a 1030 with the smaller fenders, that would look nice, the wide ones just look clumsy

Friend had a 1030 with the smaller fenders. Nother friend had a 1030 with 18.4x38 rubber. Would run away from mine with 18.4x34 rubber on the road.
