1070 Case. 3 point

Thanks for yours guys help on my throttle fix. But now my 3 point will not come up unless it is at full throttle and then it comes up slow but will not pick up anything. I changed the hyd fluid and filter with no help. A few years ago it quit and fluid and filter change fixed it but no go this time. What do I need to look at next? Thanks

No pump sounds fine, I am betting it is in the Draft-O-Matic valve

Where is that valve located and do I take it apart and clean it or what?

The seat and the panel under the seat have to come out.

Will I see the valve after I remove the seat and the plate and
then what do I need to do to it?
