1105 massey problems

Got the 1105 moved to my place. Here's the
issues so far.
Muffler needs replaced,easy enough.
Pto isn't working, saw the lever on back
is not hooked to anything hope that is all
it is.
3 point only lowers about 4 inches knob
behind the seat just spins. I think there
is possibly another knob by the pto
disconnect not sure.
Power steering is not working, read it
might be the shaft needs greased through
the dash.
Park has been blocked out. Reading that
is common and line locks in the brakes is
an acceptable fix.
Hydraulic leak from the front pump
somewhere need to wash it to see better.
Injection pump might need gone through as
it is leaking around it some and it smokes
and surges pretty bad.
Any tips and advice it has sat quite
awhile?

The three point won't lower if the large knob on the left side of lift cover is set on LOCK, raise the arms fully and turn the cast knob to OPEN will allow full travel. The LOCK position is best used to hold arms up for safety. If all hydraulics, steering, and PTO don't work there's a good chance the flywheel PTO input spline coupler has failed, OR the trans/diff joint spline coupler has failed. Either one bad the charging pump drive is lost that feeds oil to the front radial pump. The couplers usually fail on high hour tractors, and the fun part is there's no way to know which one dies first, but it's usually the front one as it's dry. The rear coupler runs in oil, but it can fail too.

Common for high hour 1100 series to leak at front pump imput shaft seal. To remove pump for seal replacement, there is 2 routes.
Remove radiator and lift pump out. Or unbolt front end from engine and separate enough to drop out bottom.
I'm not familiar with Park being blocked out, but its common for operators to slam into park on the move and knock off teeth. The park pawl can be removed from right side on transmission after fuel tank is removed. If teeth on gear are gone, afew missing U may be able to live with, otherwise splitting tractor to replace gear.

Also when replacing seals in front hyd pump check for shaft wear from seal. If pump shaft is wore? A aftermarket shaft sleeve can be used to extend life another 1000 hours.

The park linkage may just need freed up if joints are rusty/stuck. Dad's 1100 years ago lost high range one time because a rodent had made a nest under the center lower linkage, so the shift to high could not be made. Shifted fine after the nest was gone. The park shift cover is on the diff case side behind the LEFT fuel tank, as the linkage is on the clutch pedal side of tractor. That's an area that can be rusty too, keeping park from working when that bell crank sticks. Hopefully there's no teeth damage..

Power steering was a lubrication issue. Removed the pipe plug on the steering column and put some pb blaster in it and it loosened up and is one finger steering.
Pto engaged the lever on the back and it works off the switch in the cab. It doesn't turn off in the cab you have to disengage it on the back, maybe with a load on it it will stop but may be something else.
3 point was on and handle was open. Sprayed some lube on the pins and it will go down if I stand on it. Again just needs freed up. Will probably put my heavy implement on it and cycle it up an down hopefully loosen it up.
If I rebuild the injection pump with the bigger plungers do I need to upgrade the turbo right away or could it wait a while?

Like I stated before, I have been running My 1105 at 135 HP since the early 1980's using the original stock turbo. Only reworked the Inj pump. Has 6000 hours on it.

As I said before, the 1105 uses a smaller, lower boost turbo than the 1135 has. Unless you make a turbo upgrade, I wouldn't have the pump work done. The smaller 1105 turbo uses a band clamp for the intake compressor side of the turbo, the larger 1135 does not. Look them both up on the Agco parts books and you will see the difference.
