1135 PTO

My 1135 PTO engages with the valve in off position. As soon as hydraulics kick in about 15 seconds later pto comes on full power. If I Crack line from valve to pto it stops. There is always oil flowing through valve but it is slower when in off position. Borrowed a valve off neighbours 1100 and it does same thing.

Any ideas?

You may need to adjust the linkage. Make sure OFF is fully off.

I've tried that. Have about 1/8" top and bottom before it bottoms out
