1150 Hydraulics

Recently acquired 1150. Tractor works great except for hydraulics. When you lift an implement and return valve to center, the implement drops. Like its on float. Happens on both remotes. 3pth and steering are good. Changed Hyd oil and filter. Cleaned screen in trans. Any ideas?

Also under seat in rear on left side there is a big knob, what is that for? I believe it says locked and open if I remember right. I' m new to MF. Thanks

The large knob is to lock/hold the lift arms up, must show Open for three point lift to lift/lower.
