Went over today with a charged battery and got the combine started. Runs a lot smoother and crisper than it did, but still needs full choke to run at full RPMs. The only thing left it can be is a bad carb. I've changed all the ignition parts at least twice, some 3 times. Replaced the whole fuel system and made sure it works, made sure the gas level is good in the carb. Today I gave it the either test, sprayed the whole top of the engine and found no leaks. I've looked at and cleaned the carb several times and had it done by someone claiming to be a pro. Still needs full choke to run at full speed. Guess I'll have to pull the carb and check it again, maybe get larger jets or drill them out a bit.
Anyway, it's home now and will be in the shed and easy to work on now.
Here is a video of it running, this is with full choke. Will idle with no choke, but won't rev at all.
