1175 injector return lines

I have a couple of questions. 1175 I am working on is leaking at a couple of the fittings on the return line. I look on the parts diagram and it looks like they are rubber seals. Is this a dealer only item or can i find these somewhere else? Also tractor seems to have a little white smoke after starting. Seems to clear up after running a little bit. A friend of mine told me that i could be getting air in the system. Also how do the injectors come out to test them?

Thanks

Any competent diesel shop will have them, common items. I just did a 970, 6 new "t"s(yours may be cross-threaded), 6 big rubber packings, and 12 small ones cost me about $20 locally. Probably a 100 bucks from Case-IH-DB-NH-FIAT, if they are even available.

The injectors are held in by just the one bolt, once the bolt is out, just Wiggle/twist and they should pull right out.

We stock the rubber seals here, only a CASE dealer, or Diesel shop will have them. I think you have a coolant leak causing the white smoke. Is it using any coolant? The injectors can be a problem to pull. Not much to grab onto. I use 2 "crows feet". I'm sure there is a special tool.
