13.6-36 Tires

I have a John Deere 520 that I use for plow days and antique tractor pulling. I am looking to replace the old, cracked tires I currently have and would like something that would be good for pulling. I am finding my choices limited with 13.6-36 being an odd size, but really do not want the extra expense of changing centers and wheels and going up to a 38" wheel. I have been able to locate a few brands that still make this oddball. Looks like my choices are Mitas, Galaxy, Alliance or BKT. Anyone have any thoughts on these brands, pro or con? Are any better than the others when it comes to pulling? Does anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Is there any difference between the wheel center diameter between a 36" rim and a 38" rim....??

you may only need 38" rims and tires..

38" centers are common, it is the 36" that are scarce..

You may well find you can get more out of them than the 38" will cost...but I would ck first..seems it would have been stupid for JD to make 2 sizes so close to the same...

My 520 has factory 38", but I doubt it could pull 3-14"..the smaller diameter of the 36" tires give it more pulling power..

I would not like the 36"..tires are just too expensive and hard to find..
