135 Leaking oil

Hello all, I just purchased my first tractor a gas 135 massey, I have oil leaking from where the brake pedal shaft gos into the tractor, can anyone tell me why oil might be leaking from there. Thanks for any replies...

Make sure the little holes underneath the transmission are clear. However if the oil"s that far up the clutch will be soaked.But could still run ok for a good while.
Could be just oil leaking from either the rear engine seal or the front transmission seal and getting flung around. If all else is ok not too terrible. Most of them leak a bit. Check those drain holes
