1370 3 pt problems

my 1370 will labor with the 3pt lever in the raised position till you move it like 3/4 the way forward it quits. labor meaning you can tell the hyd has pressure on them. any help would be greatfully appreciated. lastly as I remember the arms do not like to go down once up

Something has happened to your canceling linkage , Do not operate with hitch arms up until it is fixed. You run the risk of damaging hydraulic pump or trans housing. Rod.
