After some diagnostics, we found a blown out piece of hyd pump and inner end was cracked across. Then came to the conclusion the torque limiters are smoked. Got it apart and not a stitch of material on either disc, its amazing it drove itself in.
As i do a lot of auto transmissions just thinking the new ones should be pre soaked in trans fluid since they are wet clutches.

Thanks, we got it all back together today , had to make up a fixture so I could resurface the steels for the discs, then machine what I lost on plate thickness off sleeves that tension them . Nothing slipping now!
