1370 torque limiter

Have the motor out to replace the crankshaft/overhaul. Noticed that the clutch disc"s in the torque limiter when they were taking apart had been installed with the heads of the 3 rivets that holds the center springs lined up and touching each other. This makes the gap between the disc"s and the plate in between them seem way to big. If I turn them so the rivets dont touch each other the gap seems better. I had the disc's redone. I"m trying to figure the correct way to line these disc's up rivet to rivet or not. Any one had one of these apart?

Good eye. No the rivet heads should NOT line up.

Thanks. I stacked it together on the bench and it just didnt look right like they had it,
