My 1500 D green keeps loosing the left front Knuckle seal. It seems to do this only when using the front loader when in 4 wheel drive. I would assume that the interior bearing has failed. Apparently when I say tractor into the mike it kills the site, so we'll do it by hand.
The tractor is currently in Utah and I live in Calif, so I would like to get all parts necessary to make the repair over a weekend. Have tools/will travel.

Have any suggestions??

There may be two seals in there and you've been replacing one of them. And sometimes taking the weight off to fix the one will induce the other to start leaking.

Buy loosing the seal do you mean it just starts to leak again?
On the green there is only one knuckle seal....there is a shaft seal on top where the steering linkage connects and on the other side under the top bolt that holds the knuckle on. Lift the front end with your bucket and check the side to side play before replacing the bearings.
I to had to replace my left side twice on my green 1500d....the second time i cleaned the upper and lower knuckle half's with fine emery paper where they mate up....there was a little tarnish....also use a block of wood larger then the diameter of the knuckle to seat the new seal. mine has been fine now since the end of summer.
