You know it's funny it took me over 30 years to see my first utility (in person) and get to buy one. Now every time I turn around I see one for sale. Just looked at Tractor House and there are 3 of them for sale from $9500 to $15000 all in Wisconsin. I am sure glad I found mine and got it bought for a very reasonable price. I know that I have had fun with it sense I bought it and took it to a show. I know that a lot of people have never seen one or even knew they built them. I know dad likes it because he can get on and off easer and I know it makes him feel usefull and can do something to help me on the farm.

She needs some work to get it to ware I want it to be for next year but she will be right. I want it to be the planter tractor and the one to use for hay work. I can see this tractor being very handy.

Only took 30+ years to find one and buy it now it seams there coming out of the wood work, Well it don't matter I still got one and really like the way she handles a lot of different jobs around the farm. This is one of those tractors that you always wanted and finial got. Bandit

That is a nice looking 1550. I'm sure you will enjoy using it.My dad had an 1850 and I have a 1650 with the same front axle as your 1550. We both liked this front axle.
