Picked up a pretty nice old 69 1650 gas that really runs nice. This is the first 4 digit tractor I've owned so bear with me. When you put it into reverse it sounds like dry gears meshing but it sounds like it comes from closer to the chain coupling. Doesn't matter if it's in either reverse gear. Also when you shut it down you can hear the chain coupler rattle a little when it just finally stops spinning. The coupler has been replaced in the last 3000 hrs but I didn't know if these needed a little oil now or then or If it just needs replaced again. Any ideas on either scenario is appreciated. Otherwise I love it. There is 8400 hrs on the whole tractor and less than 1000 on a major overhaul. Thanks in adavance.
