1655 injection pump

The EARLY 1855 used a DBGFC 633 pump like the 1655/2-70 has. The LATE 1855 has a DBGFC 637 pump like the 1950T/1955 has. I've converted pumps like you have before during repair and calibration..

thanks for the reply my 1855 is a late 1971 model but i will look at the pump number when i get home is it located on the metal tag?

the 1855 is running fine just thought it would be nice to have one on the shelf to prevent excessive down time during hay season. and being that the 1655 has a 310 it should work for either one i would think?

The 1655 came with a 283, NOT 310, unless engine was changed. The turbo makes a difference on the max fuel setting too, put a pump set for turbo on a non turbo engine and you will have LOTS of smoke at full load..

yes i put a 310 in 1655 out of a 1755 and have the complete 283 original to the 1655. just thought if pump off the 1655 would work for the 1855 i would get it rebuilt and have it handy
