175 Clutch linkage adjustment

Need to adjust clutch pedal/linkage on a 175 w/independent PTO.
I don't have the manual. I believe there are 2 specs to shoot for in order to adjust correctly. First is the clutch shaft stop gap. I was thinking 1/8"-3/16". Can someone confirm the actual value. The other spec has to do with pedal height. I know this is set with the turnbuckle on the pedal linkage but I have no idea where it is supposed to be set. Right now the pedal is way high and I know this is not correct. Guidance appreciated!

I don't have a manual, but here are some pics of the clutch linkage off my 175. Let me know if you need more info.

Thank you for taking the time to take the detailed photos. I was pretty sure the gap was to be about 1/8". Your turnbuckle length won't help me as this tractor has independent PTO (only one stage to clutch pedal). Right now pedal is way high so if you push it down too far you hear the pressure plate fingers clattering (not a pleasant sound!). Problem is compounded because the clamp on the clutch shaft keeps slipping and increases the 1/8" gap mentioned above a lot, then clutch won't completely disengage. Need to get that clamp to hold first then I can adjust turnbuckle.
