175 loader

I have a 2240 JD with a 175 loader. The rear hydraulics work fine but the loader is stuck in the up position and wont comedown or tilt the bucket. Its full of fluid I'm stumped any ideas?

What type valve controls FEL(scv or ind)? Check to be sure any quick-couplers are seated properly IE disconnect then reconnect the quick-couplers.

Its hooked up at rear lines all seem to be hooked up it was working fine I raised to dump and it wont go down or anything

Are oil control levers(key 10) turned out on each coupler?

Tx Jim that was the problem I dont know how they got moved as I was using the loader when it stopped working. Thanks for your help I guess I had a ghost riding on back of tractor lol.

Also Ordered a service manual and an owners manual for it.

If your tractor has cam(key 11B) you can bend the outer tangs down a little to help hold oil control arm in the open position.
