Went ahead and bought the 1800 I was asking about the other day, turned out that it belonged to an aquaintance for the last 30 years.
It's a 1963 series C, made more sense about the carb issues. Came with a 1610 loader and a cab,400 hours on an engine overhaul, not a bad deal, prices being what they are now.
Does have a bit of play in the steering,will be getting a manual and asking plenty of questions and checking the archives.
