185 fuel ?

If I use the primer pump could I see if each injector is getting fuel to it if I open the line and pump it up?

No, the fuel can not be pumped to the injectors that way, it will only pump it to the inlet of the injection pump. The only way to see if there is fuel going to the injectors is to loosed the lines and crank the engine, or loosed one at a time with the engine running.
