I have a 1929 regular I am trying to save. where is the best place to find a carb kit and other engine parts. thanks in advance.

As Fritz said Rice is very good.
you will not find a carb kit for an Ensign if that is what you have brass 3 bolt mount?
Most common part to change are the center stem, needle and seat, float and arm. I think there is only 2 gaskets in the carb.
Most important is that stem is clean inside and float will float and shut off needle to stop carb from flooding.
Float setting is critical for good running tractor, do not set it to high or it will flood for sure.
