1937 B manifold removal

Hello all working on my ole 37 B and I need to replace the manifold gasket Is there an EASY way to get the old gasket outa there been keeping the bolts in P B Blaster , Gibbs , tranny fluid and next will be the hot wrench maybe even a cut off wheel to cut the rounded nutts off the studs they look good can I take off the top rad pipe and maybe the fan shaft ti get at it any one TRY that ?I do need to O/H the motor but for now it runs ok just the manifold gasket is out and I need to get it fixed before it gets to the point that I need a new manifold

No easy way. The fan shaft has to come off to lift the manifold. Once you get the nuts loose the manifold has to be pried up on those rusty studs. Good luck. Ron Mn.

Or pull the head off and do a likely much overdue valve job at the same time.
