1937 unstyled B

I am new to Green machines, I grew up with red tractors. I got a 1937 unstyled B last spring. I see reference to long frame tractors. how do I know wether or not I have a long frame tractor? Thanks.

If your serial # is 42200 or above, it's a long-frame.

The long frame tractors have an angle iron frame, and the short frame tractors have a cast frame. Also check the serial number as suggested by Lon.

The Long Frames (late 37 and 38) had noticeably longerrrrrrrrrr hoods which were like 5 inches longer then prior to SN 42,200 and made longer so cultivators etc off an A would still fit the B

Sunday, I watched one just like this WIN the 3,500 AND 4,000 lb Classes at Plain City, Ohio..!!!

Maybe he fed it some Wheaties..???
