1938 Allis B I think

I bought B hydraulic lift, 12 volt battery, hand brakes, 4 buttons by amp reader, no genatator or alternator, look like motor been tapped for ? magneto , starter, not froze up, put transmission oil in cylinders, gas tank looks clean, Radiator no see liquid.
I can not get Serial # complete yet
I got the B & last 3 #.
I will look for motor # also
Tractor & I Are 30 miles apart
Cold in WI. & no heat shop
Any thought, comments would help

You have a project. The swinging drawbar I would consider somewhat rare.

Flat top fenders on a B means it was originally on steel. Could be a very early one converted to electric start or a war time model. No water in radiator could be many things including they drained it. Pull the oil drain plug before adding coolant. I would use water first, it's cheaper than wasting anti freeze. Watch for it to appear at the oil drain for a few hours. If you do get water It's very common for the freeze plugs in the top of the head to rust out. It's very easy and much cheaper to diagnose such things rather than follow the common advise of tearing it down and adding parts and gaskets.
I'm am not one of the YT ATF fix all gang but if it makes you feel good have at it. A model B that has sat for a long time will often not prime the oil pump when. it's started. It's easy to do with out major dissasembly. At the oil filter follow the line that goes toward the rear and into the bellhousing. Remove it at the filter and squirt oil in it with a pumper can, that will prime the pump. Good luck with it!

When you get to changing oils don't forget the two final drives. They can have ancient nasty oil in them that's75 years old because they are often overlooked.

Our place is like 66 miles from West Allis, WI. Not sure how it got to Dane county?
Still not sure on 4 button by amps deal.
