I've seen all the decal sets for sale out there but they seem like they are not complete. Haven't seen the head breather decal that goes on the oil cap, the pneumatic tire inflation decal that goes on the fuel tank, the seat adjustment decal that goes below the hitching decal on back of seat and the paten decal. Are these not available any more? Is there a source to purchase these separate?? Also working on my exhaust lift flapper and could use a bit of guidance. Sounds like Gene is the man when it comes to exhaust lift

First time user here and enjoy the forum daily. I'll try to post my 44-BN picture. It also has the exhaust lift that I attempted to rebuild. They must be kind of rare. It sort of works but doesn't hold pressure very well. My amateur skills didn't help much. My flapper spring at the exhaust doesn't work quite right and the hold-up valve by the gas tank doesn't hold. I think it is also called EZ lift.

Our 47 B came from factory with the exhaust lift and dad never liked it . In the mid 50s dad asked IH
dealer what plate under mag was for. Well the tractor was one of the last 125 Bs made and it had a C
block in it which would take a hydraulic pump. Dad put pump on it and built a loader for it which it
still has on it today.

if the lift doesn't hold you need a new rubber washer that goes in the check valve assy by the oil filter. Those washers get old and warped and don't hold the pressure

(quoted from post at 10:35:22 01/02/19) what is wrong with the flapper

Hey there Gene well my flapper valve has some issues and all started when i had to take manifold of due to many holes in it. Got it off the manifold with minimal issues upon further disassembling flapper ears broke and flapper link broke.....stuff is very fragile. Am going to document parts and the machine new ones, Valve upper and lower housings only touch together at bolt area. Should I sand this down to get it flat?? If I do guess I'll to open shaft bores a bit. Do you have a good complete assembly by chance?

I rebuilt my exhaust lift on my B for my B-192 plow. The rubber washer in the control valve is $20 from case ih or it was when I got one about a year ago. I usually just take the whole valve apart and clean all the old grease out. The brass shaft that controls all of that inside the valve has threads on the end I've had one valve I used for a while and the threads went bad from the years of use before me. I have 3 of these systems that work and hold pressure. I've learned everything through Gene, he knows these like the back of his hand.
