Hi guys (gals) LOL just bought a "project H" and wondering the best place for parts- will have other questions as I go - runs great just needs some care and a paint job! Is Stieners the place to go? guages- hoses - belts- etc.... Thanks!

This forum has most of them. CaseIH has most of them but cost more money. I get a lot of mine from Steel Wheel Ranch-- Mike Bunck 785-548-7437. He sells cheaper than Steiner and is sure old or new that they are correct.

Yesterday tractor our Host would be a good place to start if they have what you need.

Congrads on the new tractor

I second Mike at Steel Wheels.Check this site first. It's parts sales that supports it.There many other places that sell parts. Shop around

Can you tell me what these ol tractors use for a "battery tray" ? Right now it is sitting on a steel plate under the gas bowl - with a bunjy cord around it. LOL

There is a steel battery box with lid that was used when it left the factory. Most have rusted away and have been discarded.

When Ken Updike at Carter & Gruenawald moved on a couple of years ago, YT and Steiner are both good places to get parts. Prices between those two are similar except Steiner has YT beat on the original looking coil switch by $20. Steiner carries gaskets that YT doesn't.
