My 1946 Ford 9N's engine needs to be overhauled. How do I get the sleeves out? Also any other tips would be appreciated - Thank You

There are probably 2 or 3 ways to get them out; it depends on your skill level & consequence of error. If you don't do this sort of thing on a regular basis, the worst case is you ruin the block. I think a sleeve driver would be worth the expense even if you're only doing one engine.

Check out the link below for a sleeve driver:

Thanks Bruce for the link. I am looking to rebuild my 9N this coming winter and was wandering where I could get tools for sleeve replacement.

Here is one way

If you are only going to rebuild one engine it may be a good idea to have the machine shop remove the old sleeves and install the new ones. Removal is not that difficult but installation can be tricky. You need to take it to a machine shop any way and the additional cost should be less the the cost of the tool.
