1947 CO-OP E3 Running Rough (pic)

I have a 1947 CO-OP E3 original to my grandfather's farm. Recently, it has been running rough and putting out less power. I know that it has been used fairly hard most of its life. We changed the oil last year and have a new set of spark plugs/wires/coil that have not been put on yet. Is there any quick remedy to fix the rough running and lack of power before I bale a field of barley tomorrow?

What have you tried so far? Are you getting fuel? Spark? Check the basics first and let us know what you find. Might be as simple as dirt in the sediment bowl.

Make sure you're not missing any parts. When I bought my 30, it was running fairly rough. When I got it home I noticed the idle air screw had backed all the way out and fallen off some time ago.
