Yes , the MT had two optional wide fronts. Both were round tube , one with a 48" to 68" width the other with a 68" to 88" width. I have one with the narrow wide front, however I have never see one with the wide one. As for as options I'am not positive . I have a set of shutters on mine , A belt pulley and front and rear wheel weights. Tom.

What I call MTW are kinda rare in Pa. I"ve only
seen a hand full. Had the chance to Purchase one
that came out of Nebraska for 1400.00. I was all
apart but it came with all new John Deere parts
to put it back together, he had the starter &
gennie rebuilt he even had a New John Deere
wiring harness.. I waited on buying then a
friend of mine bought it for 1200.00. He
showed the seller the money & the seller
jumped.. That ticked me off at MYSELF, so then
I went & checked on a John M, that had been
sitting in a yard for years. I asked if it was
for sale, the ower said everything is for sale?
I looked at the little machine, asked what his
price was.. He said I"m thinking around 2... I
said 2 What?? He said 200.00, I told it it"s
worth more than 200.00 I"d go 450.00 today just
way it sat. He told me for 450.00 I could get
the 51 mower, JD snow plow, 1 bottom 16" mounted
J/D plow, 6" J/D disc, wheel weights, chains
cutivators & slip scoop along with the 3ph
kit.. ?? I said I"ve got to give you more
Money, he said NO, so I said OK!!!!!!! So for
less than 500.00 I put in it, it runs very
well, & use to haul in my wood & plow the drive
way.. I"ve sold a couple of the items I didn"t
need so to put in bluntly, it"s a free
tractor.
