Well its alive. Only running on 3 cylinders and still has carb problems but it does at least run now. O could let it run very long because the cooling system is empty but at least I got it warmed up so maybe that last valve will start working like it should. Still leaks a little oil but I haven't check the bolts up front on the pan yet. It also has around 35-40 PSI of oil pressure using 30W oil which isn't bad either

Sounds to me like ya may have a runner. Hopefully the other valve will start perking. Must still have at least fair compression.

Went out and just for the heck of it checked the last cylinder and guess what. Yep that valve has freed up so tomorrow I'll hook up that plug wire and see if it hits on all 4.
