1951 B water pipe

I am replacing the radiator core and also need to replace the upper water pipe. Are those pipes welded into the cast? or brazed? How do I get the old pipe out of the cast? Thanks for any suggestions.

The pipe is brazed to the block flange. Takes a bit of heat to get the old pipe out. Ron MN

Get a new pipe from K&K Antique tractor, cut the old one off at the casting, grind it smooth and you will be able to peel the remains out of the casting. A rosebud torch and brazing rod to reinstall. Make sure it is lined up with the radiator before you braze it.
